The total committed amount for this round of financing is approximately $122 billion (about 819.175 billion yuan at current exchange rates), and the valuation of OpenAI is about $852 billion (about 5.72 trillion yuan at current exchange rates). In addition to NVIDIA and SoftBank, Amazon has previously made an investment of $50 billion (about 335.728 billion yuan at current exchange rates). The three main investors have collectively invested about $110 billion (about 738.601 billion yuan at current exchange rates), which accounts for approximately 90% of the total committed amount for this round of financing.

This substantial financing will further strengthen OpenAI's financial strength in the areas of artificial intelligence model development, infrastructure construction for computing power, and data center expansion. SoftBank stated that with the completion of this additional investment, its cumulative investment in OpenAI has reached approximately $64.6 billion (about 433.76 billion yuan at current exchange rates), with a stake of about 13%.
