(" Axogen " or "the Company") (Nasdaq ticker: AXGN) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of BioCircuit Technologies, Inc. (" BioCircuit "). BioCircuit is a private medical device company and also the developer of NerveTape ™.

The company expects that BioCircuit will contribute approximately $6 million in revenue in the fourth quarter of 2026 and about $34 million in revenue in 2027. This contribution has not been included in the latest 2026 annual guidance released by Axogen, which forecasts at least a 24% increase in annual revenue. The company still anticipates that the gross margin for the entire year of 2026 will be at least 73%, and it will achieve positive free cash flow.
