This product offers field personnel high levels of performance, connectivity, and flexibility, and is equipped with a 12.4-inch screen, which is unique in the rugged tablet market, without increasing the size of the device [1].

For field personnel in the utilities and measurement sectors, a screen size of 34 inches is very suitable for accessing technical information and sensor data on mobile devices. Once back in the office, a keyboard can be optionally used for reporting, data entry, and for tasks that require intensive input.
Its Full HD + screen, equipped with Panasonic, operates in AdaptiveTouch mode, which can automatically recognize finger, stylus, and glove inputs, allowing users to switch between applications seamlessly. Although the screen is larger than that of its predecessor, the TOUGHBOOK 34 weighs 13% less than the previous model[2], and it is also the lightest 12.4-inch rugged tablet on the market[3]. An optional rugged keyboard provides additional functions, including extra USB-A, HDMI, serial port, LAN connections, as well as a SD card reader.

Panasonic The new battery pack structure means that compared to the previous generation, the 34 individual 40w/h batteries result in a 20% significant increase in battery life [4]. With a single charge, it can provide up to 18 hours of usage time (based on MobileMark ® 30) [5], which is sufficient to support multiple power-intensive applications throughout the entire shift.

34 utilizes Intel ® Core ™ Ultra performance platforms (including the integrated Intel Arc ™ Graphics architecture [6]), enterprise-level security, and advanced connectivity capabilities, adopting a robust 2-in-1 form factor. As a Copilot + PC, 34 provides AI ready computing for demanding fieldwork processes; at the same time, it supports secure and flexible edge deployments for Red Hat Enterprise Linux ( RHEL ) and Red Hat Device Edge ( RHDE ) [7].
With Wi-Fi 7, optional 4G and 5G connectivity, Windows 11, Secured-core PC protection, as well as the optional firmware-based hardware integrity verification feature TOUGHBOOK Guard [8], 34 can provide the speed, connectivity, and security required for critical mission operations in any industry and environment.
Complies with IP66 [9] dust and water resistance standards, has passed the vibration test of MIL-STD 810H9 specifications, and can operate within a temperature range of -29°C to 63° C9.
