The pairs that will be removed this time include ENJ / USDC, GENIUS / USDC, CVX / USDC, GUN / USDC, and VANA / USDC. In terms of per-position margin, the pairs that will be taken offline are GENIUS / USDC.

After the announcement was released, users were no longer able to transfer the aforementioned related assets to their corresponding position-specific margin accounts through manual or automatic transfers.

Borrowing suspended on September 16th

Binance also disclosed that starting from 06:00 on September 16th ( UTC ), the platform will suspend the margin lending function for individual positions of GENIUS / USDC.

By 06:00 on September 18th ( UTC ), Binance Margin will close the relevant user positions, perform automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders for the aforementioned full-position and per-position margin trading pairs. Subsequently, these trading pairs will be officially removed.

USDP Spot trading suspended on September 24

In addition to the adjustment of margin trading pairs, Binance also indicates that all spot trading pairs of Pax Dollar ( USDP ) will be halted on September 24th at 03:00 ( UTC ).

  • After 03:00 on September 25th, USDP top-ups will no longer be credited to the account.
  • After 03:00 on November 24th, the platform will stop USDP withdrawals.
  • Starting from 03:00 on November 25th, the platform may convert it to other stablecoins on behalf of users.

Additional information:The platform reminds users to actively close their positions or transfer related assets before the shutdown on September 18th. Binance indicates that users may not be able to adjust their positions during the shutdown period, and the entire process is expected to last about 3 hours.
