Bitcoin extended its losses on Friday, falling more than 4% intraday to last traded at $65,699, after hitting a more than two-week low. Continued outflows from cryptocurrency ETFs weighed on market sentiment.

Related stocks also fell. Strategy dropped nearly 6%, and Coinbase fell more than 7%. Market analysts say that Bitcoin has recently been fluctuating mainly in the range of $60,000 to $75,000, significantly lower than the high of approximately $126,000 last October.
Capital outflows suppress market prices
The continued outflow of funds from cryptocurrency ETFs is one of the key factors contributing to this recent decline. With funds leaving the market, the spot market is under pressure, and short-term buying interest has clearly weakened.
Options amplify volatility at expiration
Reports indicate that approximately $14 billion worth of Bitcoin options expired on Friday, coinciding with the quarterly rollover. The uncertain future of the Middle East conflict has further dampened market risk appetite.
