Cold Chain Thieves Receive $1 Worth of On-Chain Money Laundering Promo
The attacker's largest Bitcoin consolidation address (holding 562 bitcoins) received a "dust transaction" containing the message OP_RETURN, claiming to offer money laundering services with a 10% commission.
The sender spent 0.002347 bitcoins, sending only 1,590 satoshis to the attacker and returning the remaining bitcoins to a change address. This advertising fee was approximately $1.30.
The OP_RETURN message included the Telegram username that sent the promotional message; we will not disclose this username.
There is also no evidence to suggest the authenticity of the promotional account.
Most importantly, the stolen bitcoins have not been moved to date. This is merely someone contacting the attacker; it does not prove that the attacker has begun money laundering.

Hesitant to buy stocks? Here are 10 rules for long-term wealth accumulation:
1. Accept market volatility, strictly control leverage, and only by surviving in the market can you have a chance.
2. Stock prices follow corporate profits in the long run; fundamentals are the core.
3. Even high-quality companies need reasonable valuations; don't touch them no matter how good they are at a high price.
4. Invest when others are panicking; a major market downturn is the time to buy cheap, high-quality assets.
5. Don't be swayed by financial news; focus on real data such as financial reports and valuations.
6. Abandon short-term speculation; hold for the long term and leverage compound interest over time.
7. Maintain risk control; even if your account is halved in extreme market conditions, you'll still have the resources to add to your positions.
8. Allocate idle funds to indices and high-quality stocks; use options to generate stable cash flow.
9. Build positions in tiers based on your level of optimism; differentiate between underlying stocks, sell puts, and buy calls.
10. Endure the loneliness of market volatility; wealth ultimately flows to those with patience and insight.

🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇷 Mediators now assess that the US and Iran are "far closer to war than to an agreement."
Normal optimism has suddenly turned to pessimism. The US warning to its citizens to leave the Middle East and prepare for flight cancellations has exacerbated anxieties.
The window for an agreement is rapidly closing. Any miscalculation could ignite renewed conflict in the region.

Bitcoin Hot Topics Daily Report (July 30, 2026)
Top 3 Things Today
1. US Clarity Act (Digital Asset Market Clarity Act) Progresses Faster, Bipartisan Support Expands
In the past 24 hours, the Bitcoin community has been highly focused on the US Senate Clarity Act. Bloomberg confirmed that approximately 10 Democratic senators are likely to vote in favor, and the bill has the necessary votes to pass. Senator Cynthia Lummis publicly criticized the Democrats for delaying the process, while Catherine Cortez Masto and others expressed optimism. Institutions such as Block, DCG, and SoFi voiced their support.
Why it's important: This is key legislation in the US crypto regulatory framework, clarifying the division of labor between the SEC and CFTC, significantly reducing uncertainty for institutional entry, and directly benefiting the long-term adoption and compliant development of Bitcoin.
Possible impact: Bullish
2. Fed Keeps Interest Rates Unchanged (3.5%-3.75%), Bitcoin Rebounds in the Short Term
Following the FOMC decision, Bitcoin prices surged, and approximately $20 million in short positions were liquidated. The market is paying attention to the speeches of newly appointed officials.
Why it's important: Interest rate decisions are a core macroeconomic variable. Maintaining stability reduces short-term tightening expectations, providing breathing room for risk assets.
Possible impact: Neutral to slightly bullish (short-term)
3. Michael Saylor's statement: Governments cannot stop Bitcoin
Saylor tweeted, emphasizing that "governments can accelerate or delay Bitcoin adoption, but they cannot stop it. Block after block, country after country, Bitcoin moves forward." Over 10,000 likes and over 400,000 views.
Why it's important: As a representative of the largest corporate cryptocurrency holders, his views reinforce the long-term narrative and boost confidence in holding Bitcoin.
Possible impact: Bullish

Ethereum's Level 2 network TVL has fallen to approximately $5 billion, returning to 2023 levels and essentially erasing the growth since 2024. Optimistic Rollups such as Optimism, Base, and Arbitrum still dominate, with a combined TVL of approximately $4.8 billion, accounting for 96% of the total. Meanwhile, while traditional financial institutions are adopting Ethereum, they are also beginning to shift to other public chains, weakening their institutional narrative; stablecoins remain the main support, with USDC and USDT settlement activities still primarily concentrated on Ethereum and its Level 2. Oil prices plunged again in the US and Iran as the two countries continued dialogue rather than war.
Brent crude fell to $87.06 a barrel, and WTI crude fell to $82.57 a barrel, both down 8% in the previous two trading days.
Oil and gas throughput at the port of Hormuz remained down about 50% this week, with fundamentals failing to keep pace with market optimism.
A bad night could trigger a rebound across the entire chart.
