Circle: The new cooperation with Binance does not involve upfront costs
2026-11-07 10:13:32
According to CoinMeta, Circle stated during the third-quarter financial report conference call that the new collaboration with Binance does not involve upfront costs, but distribution incentives will lower profit margins in the fourth quarter. Circle has begun charging for certain payment traffic and is expected to contribute substantial revenue by 2027. The company will also gradually migrate trading and settlement activities to ARC to generate fees for the network and validators. Management emphasized that the long-term goals are not only to expand the scale of payments but also to use USDC for working capital, investment, and lending, encouraging users to continue holding and using digital dollars and increasing the retention of funds within the network.
