According to CoinMeta, and as reported by The New York Times, the monthly non-farm employment data in the United States has been quite volatile and may be subject to revisions in the future. Therefore, economists warn against over-interpreting any single monthly report. However, the October employment data was strong, and previous months' data have also been upwardly revised. This report indicates that the recent trend of employment growth has significantly improved. Over the past three months, employers have added an average of 137,000 new jobs per month, whereas before today's latest data release, the average monthly increase in jobs was only 51,000.
