According to CoinMeta, the employment report released by the U.S. government on Friday showed that employment growth last month was stronger than expected, with 165,000 new jobs created, more than twice what economists anticipated, and the unemployment rate dropped slightly to 4.1%. As a result, traders are further betting that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates again in December. Futures contracts indicate that the probability of a 25-basis-point rate hike is about 80%. Before the report was released, traders' odds of a Fed rate hike in December were around 75%.
