According to CoinMeta, Samyang Food announced at the 2026 China International Import Expo that its first overseas production base, which is also the brand's first production base in China, the Jiaxing factory, is about to start production. The project commenced construction in September 2025 and is expected to be completed and put into operation by December 2026, with a construction period of about one year and three months, setting a new record for the fastest construction time for Samyang Food's factory projects. Once in production, the Jiaxing factory will become Samyang Food's fourth factory globally. The total investment in the project is approximately 1 billion yuan, with plans to build 8 production lines. Once fully operational, it is expected to produce about 1.13 billion packs of instant noodles per year, mainly for the Chinese market.
