According to CoinMeta, Lianxun Instruments announced that on November 5, 2026, the company received a letter from its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, Mr. Hu Haiyang, titled "Proposal on the Repurchase of Company Shares by Suzhou Lianxun Instruments Co., Ltd." The proposal suggests that the company use its own funds or raised funds to repurchase a portion of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A-shares) through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system using a centralized bidding method. The total amount of funds for the repurchase shall not be less than RMB 100 million (including the principal amount) and shall not exceed RMB 150 million (including the principal amount). The repurchased shares will be used for an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive program. To alleviate the financial pressure of this repurchase, the company plans to apply for a special loan support for share repurchase from relevant financial institutions, with the actual loan amount and the amount of own funds used for the repurchase not exceeding the upper limit of the total repurchase amount. The specific plan will be subject to the approval of the company's board of directors.
