According to CoinMeta, an anonymous seller has listed a portfolio of data center loans worth approximately $500 million for sale through a bidding process, involving more than a dozen loans. The bidding deadline is November 19th, with a minimum bid of $10 million per loan. The portfolio includes a $25 million stake that supports OpenAI, as well as SoftBank and Oracle's new Mexico Stargate project; that site had previously issued a force majeure notice.
