According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, an anonymous seller is attempting to sell approximately $500 million worth of data center loans in one go. This move comes after the mid-term elections, during which the prospects of many projects have been called into question. The seller is auctioning a dozen loans, including one financing of $25 million involving a large interstellar portal project located in New Mexico, which is jointly developed by OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle. Oracle has sent a force majeure notice to the project developers, claiming that it may be exempted from its obligations due to uncontrollable events.
