According to CoinMeta, Iran is reviewing a nuclear issue proposal put forward by mediators, and negotiations between the United States and Iran have made progress under the facilitation of Qatar. U.S. Vice President Pence is pushing forward the negotiations, and both sides are reviewing the latest proposal to narrow their differences. Iran's Supreme National Security Council secretary, Larijani, has shown an open attitude towards discussing nuclear issues privately, but Iran still demands the unfreezing of assets, the lifting of oil sanctions, and the removal of maritime blockades. The disagreement over the nuclear issue lies in the disposal of highly enriched uranium stockpiles; Trump requires Iran to hand over these stockpiles, while Iran refuses to transport the enriched uranium abroad. The U.S. and Israeli militaries have developed a list of targets for attacking Iran's energy and key economic facilities. Iran has warned that any further attacks will lead to an expanded range of retaliation and has discussed withdrawing from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). The UAE's presidential foreign affairs advisor, Gargash, has called for a diplomatic solution to the crisis.
