According to CoinMeta, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Oman Financial Services Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Securities and Futures Regulation Cooperation on November 2, 2026, under the joint witness of the heads of state of China and Oman. The memorandum aims to further strengthen regulatory exchanges and cooperation in the field of securities and futures between the two parties and to promote the healthy development of the capital markets of both countries, marking a new stage in their securities regulatory cooperation. To date, the CSRC has signed bilateral memorandums of understanding on regulatory cooperation with securities and futures regulatory authorities from 68 countries and regions, establishing mechanisms for cross-border regulatory and law enforcement cooperation.
