According to CoinMeta, on Monday, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) stated that it had thwarted a drone attack plot orchestrated by Ukraine. The targets of the attack included a key facility of Moscow's air defense system and an electrical power facility, with the attack plan originating from within Russian territory. The FSB reported that two men involved in the plot had been arrested. The FSB mentioned that these two individuals were from the South Caucasus region and acted under the instruction of Ukraine's National Security Service (SBU). They obtained drones with "first-person perspective" and explosives from two regions within Russia, transported them to the Moscow area, and then conducted debugging and activation of the drones. It is alleged that these drones were originally intended to be remotely controlled by Ukrainian forces.
