According to CoinMeta, Singapore's Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat pledged to provide more support for workers and families, stating that the government would intensify efforts to ensure energy supply and attract investment as the country faces increasing global uncertainties. During the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) congress on Sunday, Heng Swee Keat mentioned that large semiconductor companies are keen on expanding in Singapore, and artificial intelligence firms are also setting up operations there. He acknowledged that the benefits of economic growth are still unevenly distributed; some workers struggle to cope with rising living costs, while others are concerned about job security. Heng Swee Keat said, "Our task is not only to maintain economic growth but also to ensure that it translates into a better life for all Singaporeans."
