This update includes the transition of Decisions API from a public beta to a formal version, allowing applications to quickly complete classification and select the next steps. OpenAI will standardize API across models, and Open Responses has been handed over to Agentic AI Foundation under the Linux foundation, along with a series of performance optimizations. In addition, Uber announced that ChatGPT Work will be expanded from an initial pilot of 1,000 people to more than 30,000 employees globally, and the engineering team will continue to use Codex. Tibo also added that quotas will be reset today, expected to take effect before 1 a.m. on October 24th Beijing time, and there is a small update accompanying it, though the specific details have not yet been revealed.
