2026-10-22 22:43:16
According to CoinMeta, Amp has launched Orbs self-hosting, which individual users can use for free, while the enterprise version requires payment based on the computing power standards officially set by Amp. Orbs is a development environment designed for AI and agent to work independently. Users can deploy it on their own Mac, Docker containers, or Kubernetes clusters, and it is compatible with sandbox platforms such as E2B, Modal, and Vercel. When individuals and regular teams use self-hosted Orbs, they are still responsible for covering the costs of their own computing power and models. The enterprise version will be implemented starting from October 29th.
