According to CoinMeta, Liu Qingfeng, the chairman of iFlytek, stated at the 2026 iFlytek Global 1024 Developers Festival that iFlytek's newly released end-cloud integrated Xunfei Spark x2.6 large model aims to resolve the contradiction between the security and cost-effectiveness of large models. He pointed out that it is expected that 60% of applications will be completed locally, with no data leaving the local area and no inference costs; 30% of applications will be completed through cloud collaboration, while the remaining 10% will require separate training with cloud-based large models. He emphasized that this solution should be implemented on a fully autonomous and controllable platform.
