According to CoinMeta, Polygon has launched CDK Besu, which supports banks and financial institutions in deploying private blockchains based on Hyperledger Besu and allows them to connect to other blockchains and liquidity through Agglayer. Currently, deployment on the Ethereum mainnet is also supported. This solution utilizes the QBFT consensus mechanism, enabling institutions to manage verification nodes and transaction permissions. It verifies cross-chain asset transfers through zero-knowledge proofs and settles transactions on Ethereum. Transaction data remains within the institutions' private infrastructure and does not need to be uploaded to Ethereum. Institutions that are already running Hyperledger Besu can directly connect to Agglayer.
