According to CoinMeta, Russian Finance Minister Siluanov, Energy Minister Zvyarev, and First Deputy Prime Minister Manturov have joined the board of directors of the payment company A7. A7 was founded in 2024 by the Russian Central Bank PSB and uses the ruble-stabilized coin A7A5 for cross-border settlements, with a cumulative transaction volume of approximately 140 billion US dollars.
