According to CoinMeta, the NASDAQ-listed fintech company Perpetuals.com plans to leverage an innovative exemption mechanism introduced by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This plan predates the related proposals of the joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). The CEO of Perpetuals.com, Patrick Gruhn, co-founded Digital Assets AG, which developed stock-linked tokens for cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance and FTX. Later, Digital Assets AG was acquired by FTX Group. The relevant transactions could potentially begin in mid-November, but the company still needs to complete technical and compliance preparations.
