According to CoinMeta, Robinhood announced that over 150,000 customers have opened AI trading accounts. In the latest interview, CEO Vlad Tenev stated that in the future, a large portion of retail trading will be initiated by AI. The platform allowed users to connect to third-party AI agent for trading through MCP in May this year, and at the end of September, it announced that it would directly integrate agent into the application. Tenev also envisions enabling retail traders to deploy their trading strategies on servers near the exchange to reduce order execution delays. Although technically feasible, Robinhood has not yet implemented this feature, nor has a timeline for its launch been announced.
