According to CoinMeta, regarding the incident where ledger devices sold through the cryptobilis channel were suspected to have been tampered with, resulting in the theft of approximately $90 million in assets, onekey founder yishi stated that as of October 10th, onekey had not received any reports of damage. After analyzing the attack pathways implanted in the ledger hardware supply chain, onekey announced the implementation of five improvement measures, including upgrading anti-counterfeiting packaging, introducing an initialization process without screen display, and advancing encryption for internal communication on the motherboard bus at both the firmware and hardware levels. yishi hopes that manufacturers, researchers, and distribution partners will work together to study the device delivery process and the manner in which sensitive data is transmitted within the devices.
