According to CoinMeta, Cleanspark released an unaudited update on its Bitcoin mining operations for September 2026. The company has completed the issuance of $2.276 billion in senior secured notes as previously announced. The funds raised will be used to cover the remaining construction costs of the Sandersville data center, repay some of the previous investments, and establish a debt repayment reserve. The project previously signed a 20-year, $6.6 billion lease agreement. In September, the company produced 529 BTC, and by the end of the month, it held 13,530 BTC. Cleanspark also stated that in the future, it will transition to a quarterly reporting schedule consistent with the energy and data center industry, and will stop releasing monthly operation updates.
