The entity is suspected of promoting FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens in Hong Kong, claiming high returns. FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens were added to the list of suspicious investment products on September 30, 2026. The entity did not obtain a license or registration to conduct regulated activities in Hong Kong in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
