2026-10-09 01:32:28
According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cointelegraph, at the Token2049 meeting, institutions are gradually moving onto the blockchain, but there are disagreements within the Ethereum team regarding how to handle the large number of ETH. The founder of ConsenSys, Joe Lubin, stated that Ethereum is about to achieve unification of L1, L2, and private chains, avoiding risk bridging. The CEO of Morpho, Paul Frambot, pointed out that DEFI now matches Web2, and that Coinbase and Robinhood users are borrowing on Ethereum without their knowledge. The CEO of Bit Digital, Sam Tabar, believes that the next wave of Ethereum users will be AI agents. There was also a dispute between Tabar and Lubin regarding the legitimacy of ETH treasury companies.
