According to CoinMeta, USDC, a subsidiary of Circle, officially announced that the AAVE market has now integrated Circle Mint's digital asset mortgage lending product. Eligible Circle Mint LLC customers can deposit BTC to mint Circle Wrapped Bitcoin ( CIRBTC ), and then borrow USDC through ARC or third-party lending markets supported on Ethereum. This new addition of AAVE further expands the mortgage lending services previously available for Morpho via BTC. The relevant USDC are provided by third-party market lenders, with the mortgage rate, interest rate, and settlement rules determined by the corresponding lending agreements.
