CoinMeta data: According to multiple media reports, Iran may reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days under the condition that the United States reduces military pressure and lifts port blockades. As a result, oil prices have fallen; WTI crude oil prices have dropped by more than 2.5%, to $89 per barrel, which is about 15% lower than their September highs. Brent crude oil prices have also fallen below $98. The ongoing easing of tensions in the Middle East could provide support for risk assets, and reduced energy prices will alleviate inflationary pressures as well as concerns about further interest rate hikes. After a significant rebound on Monday, Bitcoin is currently consolidating around $86,000, having reached a intraday high of $87,300 on that day. Gold has not changed much in the past 24 hours, remaining at around $4,336 per ounce.
