Binance previously announced that it would begin an infrastructure wallet system upgrade at 14:00 today and suspend all network deposits and withdrawals for about 1 hour. The system upgrade will last until 17:00, during which some asset functions may experience intermittent abnormalities, but spot and contract trading will not be affected. Currently, there is no evidence indicating that this short-term decoupling USDE is related to Binance's system upgrade.
