According to CoinMeta, as monitored by Specter, the private key of an unknown victim is suspected to have been leaked, resulting in losses of over $4.3 million. This incident involves EVM chain, TRON, and Bitcoin. The attacker has already emptied more than 145 Ethereum addresses, most of which held USDC. The relevant funds were exchanged for ETH and then transferred across chains, converging with Bitcoin stolen from at least 5 other addresses. Specter indicates that the attacker is still continuing to transfer wallet assets, and the total amount stolen may continue to increase.
