The defendants mentioned in the lawsuit include Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa, as well as "unknown individuals." Company X stated in the lawsuit that six main accounts were involved in creator revenue sharing from August 2023 to February 2026, and there was clear interaction and similarity in content among these accounts. Company X claims that these activities constituted intentional manipulation of participation, although these allegations have not yet been adjudicated in court.
