New York, November 4th / PRNewswire / -- Hatz AI Today, we announce the launch of Hatz Spaces, a collaborative AI workspace designed for Hatz AI platforms delivered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through managed service providers ( MSP ). This product aims to transform chats from one-off, individual conversations into genuine team collaborations, helping SMEs and the MSP that support them to produce final results that can be actually reviewed, shared, and implemented.

Hatz indicates that currently, most uses of AI still start from scratch or are only for a single task. Chat content is lost, and settings need to be repeated, making it difficult to reuse the results. At the same time, MSP requires a secure method to provide AI services to numerous customers without losing control.

According to Hatz, Spaces is designed for the MSP mode. The shared visibility of files, chats, and tools allows everyone to work together towards a common goal. On this basis, users can ask questions, reference context, and take action accordingly, continuously building within the space to accomplish better work and have a greater impact. Changes with high impact require confirmation to ensure consistency at each stage of the project. Customer spaces separate internal context from content visible to customers; therefore, notes, pricing details, and plans are kept internal. Administrators can set sharing boundaries, and customer access rights can also be revoked immediately.

Hatz AI CEO Jimmy Hatzell stated: "Our MSP partners are at the core of all our work, and Spaces is no exception. Spaces allowing people to work in the ways and places they are accustomed to enables teams to collaborate in one place, which unlocks new levels of productivity for the businesses served by our partners. We are proud to provide our partners with the capabilities to drive this change, promote adoption among their customers, and work alongside them, all within the Hatz platform. We look forward to helping our partners make full use of these new capabilities and seamlessly integrate them into their daily AI operations."

According to Hatz, each Space integrates instructions, files, memories, chats, and connected tools together, so that every new chat already has the necessary context. Users only need to state what they need, without having to explain how to do it each time or provide background information from scratch, and can return completed work results for review. Artifacts supports real-time previewing, and scheduled runs can ensure that multi-step tasks continue smoothly. Teams can also share and pin conversations, branch chats, and continue working on them on web pages or mobile devices.

General Informatics Vice President of Channel Cooperation, Edward MacMillan, stated: " Spaces is a multiplier that drives the adoption of AI. It enables people to collaborate in chats, work together to build agents, and create outcomes. As a result, teams can see the value of AI across the entire business scope, not just within their respective roles."

MacMillan added, "The key to success lies in enabling people to see it, do it, and teach others, and Spaces provides us with a platform to achieve this within various teams of our clients. From day one, we can show them real, cross-departmental results."

Availability

Hatz Spaces will be available for use in Hatz Chat starting from November 4, 2026, and is already included in the existing Hatz package, without any additional cost. Customers can purchase it through their MSP. For more information, please visit https :// hatz.ai.
