Fort Lauderdale, Florida, November 3rd / PRNewswire / -- Alocity is an innovative company focused on providing physical security and cloud-based security management solutions driven by AI. The company announced today that it has promoted Adelaine Orpin to the position of Chief Commercial Officer ( CCO), effective from October 19, 2026.

Within the expanded responsibilities of the executive, Orpin will be in charge of the global business strategy for Alocity, with a focus on expanding relationships with value-added distributors (VAR), strategic technology partners, and corporate clients. She will coordinate sales channels, marketing, business development, customer technical support, and commercial operations to drive scalable revenue growth and market adoption. She will report directly to Alocity, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and founder Marco Quintero.

The company stated that this promotion reflects Alocity's commitment to strengthening the senior management team as it expands the commercialization of its physical security platform.

Quintero indicates that during the past two months leading strategic clients, Adelaine has strengthened our relationships with national channel partners, corporate end-users, and the A&E community in the Americas – these are precisely the core audiences on which our growth relies. As we move on to the next phase of expansion, her ability to integrate channel partners, sales organizations, and customer experiences will help to build Alocity into an important force driving change in the physical security industry.

Orpin has over a decade of experience in the physical security industry, covering channels, enterprises, and communities that set standards, which are precisely the core audience for Alocity's business strategy. She joined Alocity in August 2026 as Vice President of Strategic Customers, responsible for driving growth in the Americas region in collaboration with national channel partners in North America, enterprise end-users, and architects and engineers (A&E) consultants. Prior to that, she worked at Gallagher Security for nearly six years, most recently serving as Director of Sales for the Western United States and Canada, and before that, she was the Sales Manager for the Central and Southern United States. Even earlier, she worked at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions for nearly seven years, where she served as a construction consultant and expert for end-users, providing advice on access control and door security to architects, consultants, and organizations.

Alocity has developed a cloud security management platform driven by AI, which integrates traditionally separate physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, video intercom, visitor management, and intelligent automation. Its AI operating system is equipped with Aimee – an embedded conversational AI operator – enabling organizations to monitor, manage, and automate security operations through a single intelligent platform.

Orpin states: "I am very pleased to take on this expanded responsibility at this important stage of the development of Alocity. We face an extraordinary opportunity to fundamentally change the way organizations manage physical security through artificial intelligence, open architecture, and a unified cloud platform. My focus will be on building a world-class business team, strengthening the partner ecosystem, and providing exceptional value to our customers."

Orpin will be permanently based at the company headquarters of Alocity, which is located in Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale area, Florida.
