Infiterra enables MSP and IT distributors to utilize subscription services more conveniently and benefitsingly.

By expanding the purchasing and subscription management capabilities for MSP, and at the same time utilizing a set of AI assisted supplier onboarding tools, the supplier onboarding process for IT distributors is simplified.

London, November 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Neutral supplier subscription platform Infiterra, aimed at IT distributors and MSP customers, today announces two channel updates: first, it enables hosting service providers (MSP) to purchase subscriptions from multiple distributors on a single platform; second, it introduces AI-supported supplier access capabilities for IT distributors.

"With the help of Infiterra, we benefit from a platform that can grow with us and help us prepare for future challenges," stated Martin Thormeyer of COSMO CONSULT, an international managed services provider that operates Microsoft business solutions in 17 countries.

For IT distributors, adding a new supplier to their market platform typically requires a significant amount of technical investment. Infiterra indicates that the company is simplifying this process through a set of AI auxiliary supplier integration tools that are currently under development. These tools will evaluate each new supplier and prepare them for integration via Infiterra's Ladder Integration Framework, after which the distributors' own teams will activate each supplier. This solution is built upon the already existing Microsoft integration framework, and AWS as well as Google have been included in the roadmap.

“MSP should be able to obtain a unified purchasing experience among its preferred distributors, while distributors should be able to provide the suppliers required by their partners,” said Dr. Vassilis Zografos, CEO and co-founder of Infiterra. “That’s what it means to make the channel purchasing experience more inclusive.”

"Every new connection we establish also builds a credible and unified record for each subscription, and ERP, CRM, and PSA can all rely on this record," Zografos added. "With the advent of agency-based commerce, and as AI agents begin to represent companies in purchasing, renewing, and managing subscriptions, they will need to trust such a record system. This is exactly what we are working on building with Infiterra."

Infiterra currently covers more than 400 market platforms across 85 markets, with over 44,000 cloud sellers, and achieves a billing accuracy rate of 99.9%. The roadmap projects are scheduled quarterly and may undergo changes. Infiterra will be present at the Orlando IT Nation Connect Global conference from November 4th to 6th at booth number 646; it is also possible to schedule a meeting with their team.
