Dallas, October 30th / PRNewswire / -- Quantum Connections, a relationship skills organization founded by Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen LaKelly Hunt with headquarters in Dallas, announces that it has appointed Josue as the "Learning Director" of Swae.

Pagan will be responsible for the learning and development strategy of Quantum Connections, and will work closely with the leadership team to create a coaching, onboarding training, and technical empowerment learning experience centered around the Safe Conversations methodology, covering both the workplace and faith communities.

Pagan has eight years of experience in corporate learning and development, and recently served as the Vice President of Leadership Development and Empowerment at a global financial institution. He specializes in instructional design, behavioral coaching program architecture, and the construction of large-scale onboarding systems. He was also responsible for creating Coach University, a coaching certification program that enhanced the methods of leader development and employee assessment; moreover, he led company-wide workshops on large language model prompts, helping thousands of employees to adopt artificial intelligence tools responsibly and efficiently.

Quantum Connections CEO Dr. Jonathan Thorp states: " Swae and his passion for helping others improve themselves through excellent interactive learning make him a perfect fit for our team. He is committed to further refining our learning programs and is crucial to our mission, with a focus on modernizing the delivery methods and content."

For Pagan, this position is a natural extension of the beliefs he has always held throughout his career. He stated, "Putting people first, not projects first. That is the formula for maximizing the effectiveness of business plans. Those who are willing to take the time to pay attention to their team members often see these projects succeed at a higher rate."

Pagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lee University. Outside of work, he values spending time with his family, enjoys watching movies, and has been learning to play the drum since the age of four. He also regularly performs for church services.

The sales speed of cheaper cars has significantly accelerated compared to the beginning of the year.
Edmunds data shows that the number of days required to sell vehicles priced between $20,000 and $29,999 decreased by 20% from the first quarter to the third quarter, and the same trend was observed in the $30,000 to $39,999 price range, with a reduction of about 18%. However, analysts point out that the faster sales of lower-priced cars do not necessarily indicate a overall increase in sales volume. The overall sales of compact cars and compact SUV models are still declining, and there is also a shortage of supply for lower-priced models, along with increasing financing pressures.
