Greenville, South Carolina, October 30th / PRNewswire / -- TPM Holdings, which serves nearly 2,000 companies, announced today that it has completed an 18-month strategic adjustment, focusing its capital, talent, and technology investments on two growth platforms. TPM CRM Solutions will integrate TrebleHook with The Hunley Group ( Hunley ); TrebleHook is a AI built on Salesforce and targeted at the construction, engineering, and building ( AEC ) industries; CRM empowers these industries, while Hunley focuses on AEC and manufacturing as a consulting partner for Salesforce and AI. Founded in 1973, TPM continues to be a trusted partner for document and printing solutions in the southeastern United States.
The core of this adjustment is the acquisition of Hunley in March 2026, which enables TrebleHook customers, regardless of their size, to have a one-stop partner that provides support from strategy formulation to implementation and beyond. To further focus on this direction, TPM Holdings has transferred four of its business units to professional partners who are better suited to provide long-term services to these customers.
TPM Holdings CEO Chris Fay stated: " AI is changing the way the construction industry wins and delivers projects. We have chosen to lead this transformation rather than react passively. To that end, we are deploying capital and our best talent where they can create the most value for our customers. We are building a company with focus, talent, and a strong platform to help AEC businesses, manufacturers, and growing companies compete in the future."
Investment is targeted at the AI industry in the AEC sector.
TPM CRM Solutions is investing in the AI workflow, which is specifically designed for AEC enterprises. It focuses on those repetitive tasks that slow down business expansion, proposal creation, and customer management.
- TrebleHook is a business development intelligence layer aimed at architects, engineers, and contractors, built natively on top of Salesforce, to help enterprises find, win, and expand suitable business opportunities.
- Hunley designs, implements, and supports Salesforce and AI solutions for North American and international customers, transforming customer data into actionable insights.
Together, they provide a unified team for the company that is responsible for the product, integrating it with core systems, and expanding as the customer grows. Within the company, each team member has received training on how to use AI in their daily work.
TPM: Invest in local services
TPM continues to invest in document management, printing, and photocopying services for AEC enterprises as well as other businesses in the Carolina region, all provided by the same local team that customers are familiar with and trust.
Business transfer based on continuity
Each business transfer is designed around customer continuity and employee care:
- Autodesk and Bluebeam solutions have been transferred to Symetri.
- HP 3D printing business has been transferred to M5D
- SOLIDWORKS and manufacturing technology transferred to Hawkridge Systems
- ColorLab Environmental graphics and brand interior design services have been transferred to Cowart.
Customers of these services will receive comprehensive support from new partners, while TPM Holdings promises to ensure a smooth handover.
Fay added, "Let's get the toughest tasks done first, so that we can grow in a targeted manner. The next chapter is about accelerating development: for our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve."
