New York, October 28 (Reuters) / PR Newswire / -- Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC ( Infrastructure Capital ) announced the distribution plans for its four ETF, which are Infrastructure Capital Nasdaq Option Income ETF ( QVOL ), Infrastructure Capital Bond Income ETF ( BNDS ), Infrastructure Capital Small Cap Income ETF ( SCAP ), and Infrastructure Capital Equity Income ETF ( ICAP ) respectively.

QVOL announces a dividend of $1.09 per share; SCAP pays a dividend of $0.255 per share; ICAP pays a dividend of $0.255 per share; BNDS pays a dividend of $0.3425 per share.

QVOL plans to achieve an annual distribution rate in the range of 12% to 15% by selling call options and receiving dividends from the stocks held by the fund. This target range reflects Infrastructure Capital's expectations based on the option fees intended to be obtained from QVOL and their annual impact. The company states that it cannot guarantee that QVOL will be able to achieve this target annual distribution rate, and this range does not represent a yield of 12% to 15% or a total return of 12% to 15%. The actual distribution may be higher or lower than expected due to market conditions and the performance of QVOL. The distribution may include a portion classified as capital return. Capital return typically refers to the repayment of the principal invested by shareholders, rather than traditional income such as dividends or interest.

QVOL has announced a monthly distribution of $1.09 per share (which amounts to $13.08 per share on an annualized basis).

About Infrastructure Capital Advisors

Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC ( ICA ) is an investment advisory firm registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, managing exchange-traded funds ( ETF ) and a range of hedge funds. The company was established in 2012 and is headquartered in New York City. ICA seeks total return opportunities driven by catalytic factors, focusing primarily on key industries related to infrastructure, including energy, real estate, transportation, industry, and utilities. The company also frequently looks for opportunities in entities that are not subject to taxation at the entity level, such as master limited partnerships ( MLP ) and real estate investment trusts ( REIT ). In addition, the company pays attention to credit and related securities, such as preferred stocks.

Current income is the main goal of most investment activities for ICA, but not all. Therefore, their focus is usually on companies that can generate and distribute substantial free cash flow. This approach is based on the assumption that the intrinsic value of tangible assets that can generate free cash flow is unlikely to deteriorate over time. Regarding QVOL Risks: Investment involves risks, and there is a possibility of losing principal. This fund is a newly established investment company that had no operating history prior to the date of this prospectus. Therefore, potential investors have no performance records or history to refer to. Derivatives may carry higher risks than direct investments in securities, currencies, or other investments, including those related to leverage, incomplete correlation with the underlying investments or other positions in the fund, high price volatility, insufficient availability, counterparty credit, liquidity, valuation, and legal restrictions. Options trading involves special risks that may make it difficult or impossible for the fund to close positions when needed. The prices of securities deemed undervalued by the fund may not rise as expected, valuations may never improve, or the returns on value stocks may be lower than those of other investment styles or the overall stock market. Leverage refers to an investment position exceeding the initial amount invested. When the fund borrows for investment purposes or engages in certain derivative transactions (such as options), leverage may arise. A higher portfolio turnover rate (exceeding 100% of the average value of the fund portfolio) may result in higher capital gains being realized and distributed to shareholders, thereby imposing a greater tax burden on you. For a detailed description of the risks, please refer to the prospectus. QVOL The distributors of the fund are Quasar Distributors and LLC.

Regarding SCAP Risks: Investment involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. The risks associated with investing in this fund include, but are not limited to: investment in stocks and securities, dividend stocks, utilities, small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap companies, real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, overseas investments, and emerging markets, debt securities, depositary receipts, market events, operational issues, high turnover rates, trading problems, active management, risks of premium/discount on fund shares, and liquidity risks, all of which can cause fluctuations in investment prices. Overseas investments face risks such as changes in economic and political environments, foreign exchange fluctuations, changes in foreign regulations, and exchange rate variations, which may have a negative impact on fund returns. Small-cap and mid-cap companies, overseas investments, as well as high-yield stocks and debt securities, may carry higher risks. This fund is a newly established entity that has no operating history prior to the date of this prospectus. For a detailed description of the risks, please refer to the prospectus. Diversified investment does not guarantee profits, nor can it prevent losses in a declining market. SCAP is distributed by Quasar Distributors and LLC.

Regarding ICAP Risks: Investment involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. The risks associated with investing in this fund include but are not limited to: investment in stocks and securities, dividend stocks, utilities, preferred stocks, leverage, short selling, small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap companies, real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, overseas investments, and emerging markets, debt securities, depositary receipts, market events, operational issues, high turnover rates, trading problems, options, active management, trading of fund shares, premium/discount risks on fund shares, and liquidity risks, all of which can cause fluctuations in investment prices. Regarding BNDS Risks: Investment involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. A decline in the issuer's credit rating may reduce the value of the debt securities. Interest Rate Risk: Securities may depreciate due to changes in interest rates. For example, when interest rates rise, bonds usually fall in value. Derivatives Risks: Derivatives may carry additional risks beyond those of direct investments in securities, currencies, or other investments, including risks related to leverage, incomplete correlation with the underlying investment or other holdings of the fund, high price volatility, insufficient availability, counterparty credit, liquidity, valuation, and legal restrictions.
