Basking Ridge, New Jersey, October 27, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- AI Native Software Engineering Corporation announced today the appointment of four global business and technology leaders to its AI advisory team: Andy Gamble, Jack Madrid, Dr. Julieta Ross, and Dr. Joseph Sirosh.

The company stated that the perspectives brought by these consultants are not common within the same team: there are executives who have reported on the actual technical deliverables to the board of directors, regulatory agencies, and senior management teams, as well as builders who have constructed AI and data platforms on a global scale, and leaders who have shaped one of the largest global technology services and talent ecosystems. Their experience spans across banking, high-tech, media, and retail sectors. Ascendion mentioned that each consultant will work directly with the company's regional and engineering leadership to ensure that their recommendations can truly influence relevant decisions.

Ascendion CEO Karthik Krishnamurthy stated: "We are changing the way software is built. Business leaders are no longer just in the experimental phase. They want AI to deliver results that the board of directors can measure, as well as risks that they can manage. Andy, Jack, Julieta, and Joseph have relevant experience and know where transformation succeeds. They will challenge our approach, raise our goals, and help us through a period filled with significant changes, which is also exciting."

The company stated that each consultant will be responsible for different parts of the business, thereby enhancing the collaboration between Ascendion and leadership communities around the world.

  • Dr. Julieta Ross has previously served as the CTO at Banco Santander globally, possessing twenty years of experience in leading technical initiatives within global banks. She also has experience on corporate board of directors at listed companies. She will collaborate with the management of Ascendion to be responsible for executive relations, market entry strategies, and growth, and will assist the company in meeting the governance, regulatory, and risk requirements set by leaders in the banking and financial services industry regarding AI.
  • Andy Gamble has previously served in Currys, plc Group, and CIO. For nearly three decades, he has held roles as a technology purchaser and transformation leader in the consumer electronics, industrial, and retail sectors. He provides advice on Ascendion's operations in Europe and the UK, with a focus on consumer goods, manufacturing, and retail, and shares the expectations of the executive team and board of directors regarding technology partners.
  • Dr. Joseph Sirosh has previously served as the Vice President of Enterprise at Microsoft and also held other positions. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to building and expanding machine learning platforms in the high-tech industry. He provides advice to the engineering leadership at Ascendion regarding AAVA and its broader platform strategy. As AAVA becomes the orchestration and support layer for the enterprise AI, this role will become even more important.
  • Jack Madrid formerly served as the President and CEO of IBPAP, and worked for five years leading the industry association behind one of the largest technology and business service ecosystems in the world, in the Philippines. With extensive experience in various industries such as banking, high-tech, and media, he will provide advice to Ascendion on how to reshape global delivery, skills, and labor models in the Asia-Pacific market, as well as in AI.

Ascendion indicates that these consultants will provide an external perspective for the entire spectrum of enterprise AI, ranging from agent platform strategy and product engineering to industry collaboration and delivery. They will also enhance the company's ongoing AI governance efforts, helping to ensure that AI native software engineering has a credible impact; their insights, based on practice, will also serve as a reference for Ascendion in how to apply their “Engineering to the Power of AI ™” methods to business models, platform design, service execution, and workforce development.
