SAP Sales Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors Now Available: Docusign Signature and Protocol Management Solutions

San Francisco, October 26, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Docusign (Nasdaq ticker: DOCU) Today, we announced that two of our solutions – SAP Signature for SAP Sales Cloud, including and, Agreement Management, by, and Docusign; and SAP Signature for SAP SuccessFactors, including Agreement Management, SAP Solution Extensions, Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management, PRNewswire, and Docusign – will be available for sale under the brand SAP Solution Extensions. These products will be Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (integrated directly into daily sales and human resources workflows), enabling customers to create, sign, and manage contracts, and to automatically synchronize data back into the SAP solution without having to leave the systems they are already using.

Docusign IAM introduces protocol intelligence into SAP Sales Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, enabling sales and human resources teams to manage protocols within the systems they already use. By connecting protocols, data, and work processes, Docusign IAM enhances visibility and helps to accelerate business operations. It will also integrate with Joule Work to coordinate protocol-driven work across the organization's broader technical environment.

"Contracts drive every transaction and every recruitment, but for a long time, they have been disconnected from the systems that actually carry out these tasks," said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. "We are bridging this gap by bringing Docusign IAM directly into SAP Sales Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, allowing protocol intelligence to exist where the sales and human resources teams are already working. This is about two trusted platforms joining forces to eliminate friction in the way businesses actually operate."

"Our customers want the core processes to run end-to-end, rather than being handed over back and forth between systems," said Sebastian Steinhaeuser, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board member of SAP SE. "With these products, signed transactions or job offer notifications are no longer the end of an independent process. Their data is directly fed back into the SAP solution, which in turn affects the next steps of forecasting, renewal, or onboarding."

These solutions are branded, sold, and supported by SAP, helping enterprises:

SAP Sales Cloud Version Docusign Signing and Protocol Management

  • Complete the work in the areas where the sales team is already active. Directly trigger the sales contract workflow from SAP Sales Cloud – you can create, send, track, and manage contracts without needing to switch applications or re-enter data.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle. Allow sales staff to focus on selling and shorten the sales cycle by advancing more quickly throughout the entire protocol lifecycle.
  • Transform each contract into actionable insights. Enable sales and operations teams to view completed and upcoming agreements, as well as key business terms, in real-time within the SAP solution, in order to manage the present and plan for future renewals.
  • Enhance accuracy, compliance, and trust. Reduce errors caused by manual entry and application switching, while also improving consistency with legal and operations teams.
  • Improve the experience of all participants. Sales, legal, finance, and operations collaborate within a single workflow, while tracking every step of the review and approval process.

SAP SuccessFactors Version Docusign Signature and Protocol Management

  • Accelerate talent onboarding. Automate contract workflows so that human resources teams can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on people.
  • Automated employee onboarding process. Links the employment notice and onboarding form directly to the signed document data in the employee's SAP SuccessFactors file, eliminating the need for manual entry.
  • Transform each agreement into interconnected business data. With the data extraction driven by AI, quickly search for employee data through a searchable employee agreement database.
  • Enhance compliance. Automate on-demand verification during the signing process, including I-9 verification and immediate E-Verify submission.
  • Improve the employee experience. Provide new employees with a smooth onboarding process, allowing them to focus on the work they are about to start, rather than filling out forms.
