San Francisco, October 22nd / PRNewswire / -- Corgi Invest Today, we announce the launch of 14 fixed-income exchange-traded open-end index funds (ETFs) that bring annual fees down to as low as 0.02%, adding them to our product lineup. These funds cover areas such as U.S. Treasuries, inflation-protected bonds, composite bonds, and corporate credit bonds. Seven of these funds have an annual fee of 2 basis points, which means that for every $10,000 invested, only $2 will be charged annually, assuming the investment value remains unchanged.¹

This launch has expanded the fixed-income platform of Corgi Invest, covering core portfolio configurations and targeted bond exposures. Seven funds are priced at 0.02%, six at 0.05%, and one at 0.08%. These strategies, which differ by two basis points, cover a wide range of U.S. Treasuries, U.S. Treasury inflation-protected securities (TIPS), composite bonds, and investment-grade corporate bonds, as well as certain maturities of Treasuries and corporate bonds.

The new product line has brought significant differences in fees across several mature bond categories. The fee for Corgi FTSE U.S. TIPS Bond ETF ( TTTT ) is 0.02%, while for iShares TIPS Bond ETF ( TIP ) it is 0.18%, and for Schwab U.S. TIPS ETF ( SCHP ) it is 0.03%. The fee for Corgi FTSE Fallen Angels Bond ETF ( ANG ) is 0.08%, whereas for iShares Fallen Angels USD Bond ETF ( FALN ) and VanEck Fallen Angel High Yield Bond ETF ( ANGL ) it is 0.25% each.

Fees directly affect the holding cost of fixed-income investments. Investors often use bonds to support retirement expenses and other income needs, but fund operating expenses reduce the returns that could be used to achieve these goals. These costs continue to occur over the holding period. Lower fees can reduce this ongoing drag, but they do not guarantee better performance, nor can they eliminate interest rate, credit, or liquidity risks.

The annual fee rate for Corgi FTSE High Yield Corporate Bond ETF ( HH ) is 0.05%, while for iShares and iBoxx it is 0.49%. Assuming the investment value remains unchanged at $10,000, the corresponding annual fund operating expenses for these two rates are approximately $5 and $49, respectively.¹ Other low-cost alternatives include iShares and Broad USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF ( USHY ), with a fee rate of 0.08%, as well as State Street SPDR Portfolio High Yield Bond ETF ( SPHY ), which has a fee rate of 0.05%.² The fee rate for Schwab High Yield Bond ETF ( SCYB ) is 0.03%, which is lower than that of HH; SCYB tracks a different ICE cash-paying high-yield bond index.²

There are also alternative options with lower rates available within government bond exposures. Vanguard Long - Term Treasury ETF ( VGLT ) has a rate of 0.03%, while Corgi FTSE 20+ Year U .S. Treasury Bond ETF ( LTB ) has a rate of 0.05%. Schwab Intermediate - Term U .S. Treasury ETF ( SCHR ) has a rate of 0.03%, whereas Corgi FTSE 7-10 Year U .S. Treasury Bond ETF ( SVTN ) has a rate of 0.05%. VGLT covers bonds with maturities of over 10 years, while LTB covers those with maturities of over 20 years; SCHR covers bonds with maturities of 3 to 10 years, and SVTN covers bonds with maturities of 7 to 10 years. These differences can have a substantial impact on duration, risk, and return.²

These 14 funds all seek to track their respective FTSE indices before deducting fees and expenses. The expanded product line provides investors and advisors with more options regarding maturity structures and credit exposures, while also allowing for the assessment of ongoing costs. By offering competitive pricing across a wide range of bond strategies, Corgi Invest makes fee discipline a core part of its fixed-income business.

Important Information

Investors should carefully consider the fund's investment objectives, risks, fees, and expenses before making an investment. The prospectus contains this information, as well as other details about the fund, and should be read thoroughly before investing. The prospectus can be obtained at corgiinvest.com.

Investment involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. It cannot be guaranteed that any fund will achieve its investment objectives. Bond prices usually fall when interest rates rise; bonds with a longer duration are generally more sensitive to changes in interest rates. Fixed-income investments also involve risks related to credit, liquidity, yield, redemption, early repayment, and extension. Returns are not guaranteed.

High-yield bonds and junk bonds both have ratings below investment grade, posing higher credit and default risks than investment-grade bonds. TIPS may depreciate when real interest rates rise, and its returns will fluctuate with inflation. The U.S. government guarantees only the underlying securities that meet certain criteria, not the shares of ETF. Funds that focus on specific credit ratings or maturity ranges may face different risks from broader bond funds.

These funds are all non-diversified funds and may invest more assets in a smaller number of issuers, thereby increasing the impact of any losses incurred by those issuers. They are newly established funds with limited or no operating history. Active trading markets may not be formed or maintained. Fund shares are traded at market prices, which may differ from their net asset values, and they cannot be redeemed individually. Brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads, and other transaction costs will reduce returns, and the related costs for new funds may be even higher. There is no guarantee of index tracking. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.

FTSE indices are provided by FTSE Russell. FTSE and related logos are the property of their respective owners. These funds are not sponsored, endorsed, sold, or promoted by FTSE Russell or its affiliates. Other third-party fund names and logos are used solely for identification purposes.

Fee Examples and Comparisons

A US dollar example equals the listed annual rate multiplied by a constant balance of $10,000. Assuming that both the investment value and the rate remain unchanged, and excluding brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads, taxes, advisory fees, and other investor costs, the actual expenses will vary. These are not return projections, nor are they standardized fee examples found in prospectuses.

2. Comparing the sources from the issuer's website, the facts statement, and the prospectus, the verification date is October 21, 2026. The rates shown are the annual total operating expenses; the estimation for Corgi comes from its prospectus dated October 13, 2026. The net rate field in the Morningstar prospectus has been independently verified against the listed ETF. The net rate is for evidential purposes only and cannot replace the disclosure of total expenses.

Index differences include maturity eligibility, liquidity screening, issuer caps, and weight settings. Indexes with a duration of more than 0 years, as specified by Corgi, can include securities with shorter maturities than those with a minimum requirement of one year. ANG adopts a FTSE index that is time-weighted with a 5% cap per issuer; FALN uses an index with a 3% cap per issuer specified by Bloomberg; ANGL employs an index with a 10% constraint specified by ICE. These differences may substantially affect risk and return.

Please refer to the following fund comparison disclosures to understand the corresponding website links and prospectus links of each fund.

Fund Comparison Disclosure

Annual total operating expense ratio, with the verification date being October 21, 2026. Each fund strives to achieve the performance of its respective index before deducting fees and expenses. This is a comparison of selected fees, not a comparison of performance, nor is it a claim of the lowest cost in the entire market. Index rules do not describe exactly the same investment portfolios; actual holdings and returns may vary. m = million; bn = one billion.

Important comparison information

Fees. Corgi The fees mentioned are based on the estimated annual operating expenses from the recruitment brochure dated October 13, 2026, and do not include any fee reductions. All fees exclude commissions, bid-ask spreads, portfolio transaction costs, and investor taxes. Lower operating expenses do not guarantee higher returns or lower total holding costs. Fees may change.

Fees arrangement. AGG extends the exemption from related-party acquisition fund fees until June 30, 2027; if terminated ahead of time, written consent from its trust and advisor is required. The exemption amounts to 0.00% after rounding; both the total fee rate and net fee rate are 0.03%. For ANGL, the advisor is responsible for bearing at least the issuance costs until September 1, 2027; both the total operating fee rate and net operating fee rate are 0.25%. No separate exemption fee rate reductions are indicated in the fact sheets of the issuers for VGLT, SCHR, or SCYB.

Liquidity and history. Corgi The fund is a newly established, non-diversified fund with limited history; mature similar products have a longer operating history. Corgi It may face a higher concentration risk, and an active market may not form. ETF Shares may be traded at prices higher or lower than the net asset value; under market pressure, price spreads and liquidity may deteriorate. Shares cannot be redeemed individually.

Security and Risk. All funds may experience principal losses. Rising interest rates typically push down bond prices; the longer the duration, the greater the sensitivity to interest rates. Corporate bonds face the risks of default and downgrades in credit ratings; high-yield bonds and “fallen angel” bonds carry higher credit and liquidity risks. Hybrid bonds are subject to the risks of early repayment and extension of mortgage loans. TIPS is exposed to the risks of real interest rates and inflation. ETF shares are not covered by FDIC insurance, bank guarantees, or government guarantees; the support of U.S. Treasury bonds does not protect ETF shares.

Tax characteristics. The distribution and sale of earnings may be subject to taxation; tax treatment depends on the position held, account details, and the circumstances of the investor. The tax treatment of income from government bonds at the state and local levels may differ from that of income from corporate bonds. Cash subscriptions/redemptions involving Corgi may incur higher costs and generate more taxable income than physical subscriptions/redemptions; the same practice may also be used within the industry. This article does not advocate for any comparative tax advantages.

Source. The issuer's website, fact sheet, and prospectus support the total fee rate. The Prospectus Net Expense Ratio field of Morningstar was independently verified against the listed ETF on October 21, 2026; the net fee rate is merely supplementary and cannot replace the disclosure of total fees. No claim is made regarding the Morningstar rating or endorsement.
