PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands, October 21st / PRNewswire / —— KuCoin Today, we announce the expansion of KuCoin TradFi to offer tradable contracts to eligible users, covering stocks from the United States, Hong Kong (China), South Korea, as well as metals and other commodities. KuCoin TradFi currently provides over 170 sets of perpetual contracts, divided into eight major categories.
Building on the launch of stock index perpetual contracts in March 2026, KuCoin continues to expand its range of traditional asset-linked derivatives for eligible users. The current product lineup includes contracts linked to technology and semiconductor companies such as Tesla, NVIDIA, Micron, and Sandisk, as well as contracts linked to indices and ETF, in addition to contracts linked to commodities such as crude oil, natural gas, copper, and silver.
KuCoin indicates that the expanded range of product choices allows users to access markets and themes in multiple regions, including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, energy, and metals. Depending on the applicable product terms and eligibility requirements, users can take long or short positions to respond to company financial reports, technology investments, and commodity cycles. The aforementioned contracts are settled using USDT and support 24-hour trading. Users can manage their positions through a familiar futures interface and respond to market changes outside of traditional exchange hours.
For users with the identifier VIP1 and above who meet the requirements, the unified trading account (UTA) of KuCoin supports TradFi futures trading within a shared framework for funds, margin, and risk management. This reduces the need to transfer funds between different trading accounts. Holders of the UTA account can also use KCUSD as margin for eligible TradFi positions, and eligible positions can continue to receive rewards according to the applicable product rules. As a result, more flexible use of funds is possible without the need to redeem or convert KCUSD first.
KuCoin indicates that this expansion advances the vision of KuCoin 5.0, which aims to integrate transactions, asset management, and global market opportunities onto a single platform. It also strengthens the " Trust , Built-in ." initiative through a wider range of asset choices, unified account management, more flexible margin usage, and transparent trading mechanisms. KuCoin states that it will continue to build a more interconnected platform, providing users with greater flexibility, efficiency, and control.
Users can access the TradFi Futures Spin event page to learn about the TradFi product after the KuCoin expansion, and to view the applicable event terms and conditions.
