Tampa, Florida, USA, October 13th / PRNewswire / -- Transflo has been rated as one of the “Best Employers for Women in the Trucking Industry” for 2026 by Redefining the Road. Redefining the Road is the official magazine of Women In Trucking Association ( WIT ).

This is the second consecutive year that Transflo has received this recognition. The award is intended to honor companies that support gender inclusivity in their corporate culture, offer flexible working conditions, competitive salaries and benefits, as well as opportunities for career development and promotion.

Transflo CEO Renee Krug stated: "Being recognized for the second consecutive year is a meaningful testament to the corporate culture we are building at Transflo. Women have historically been underrepresented in the trucking and technology industries, and Transflo is at the intersection of these two fields. It is our responsibility to create opportunities for women to build meaningful and long-term careers—not only to attract talented women to our organization but also to support their growth, development, and advancement once they join us."

The project was launched in 2018 and adopts a two-step selection process. Nominations are first reviewed according to project criteria, and then verified through industry-wide voting. In June, over 18,000 professionals in the transportation industry voted, and in 2026, a total of 106 companies were selected for the list.

The publisher and editorial director of the Redefining the Road group, Brian Everett, stated: " Transflo has been recognized by Redefining the Road as one of the 'Best Employers for Women in the Trucking Industry' for 2026. This organization has earned this prestigious recognition through a rigorous nomination and review process, as well as votes from across the industry that can verify the nominations. We are very pleased to award this well-deserved honor to Transflo."

The complete list for 2026 is published in the third issue of Redefining the Road dated October 12th, and can also be viewed on the WIT website.
