The deposit of Aave V4 on Arc has exceeded $300 million, enhancing the protocol's momentum for expansion into new lending markets.
The tokenization of Coinbase and the issuance of stocks are opening up new collateral opportunities for borrowing through Aave V4 for USDC.
The next move of AAVE depends on whether buyers can regain the chart resistance level and maintain the recent rebound.
Aave Prices have once again become a focus of market attention as this lending protocol is expanding to tokenized stocks and new blockchain markets. Aave V4 Deposits on Circle under Arc have exceeded $300 million, adding momentum to its growth strategy. Meanwhile, tokenized U.S. stocks are creating new opportunities for borrowing using stock exposures as collateral through decentralized finance. However, AAVE prices have pulled back after testing major resistance levels, and traders are watching to see if the protocol's growth can support them in rising again towards $200.
AAVE V4 Deposits and tokenized stocks drive DeFi Lending expansion
Aave's expansion has increasingly focused on connecting decentralized lending with traditional financial markets. Two developments are making its growth strategy a focal point. The deposits of Aave V4 on Arc have exceeded 300 million US dollars. This milestone reflects the early activity on the Circle Arc blockchain and also adds momentum to Aave's efforts to expand lending infrastructure in different markets. If deposits continue to grow, it may help to increase liquidity, but to transform this expansion into more robust protocol activity, a sustained demand for borrowing will still be key.
Tokenized stocks have opened up a new collateral market. The Equities Hub of Aave V4 supports the issuance of tokenized U.S. stocks as collateral for USDC loans on Base by eligible Coinbase. This allows eligible users to obtain liquidity with these assets without having to sell their tokenized stock positions immediately, thus creating another potential source of lending demand.
These developments enhance the fundamental outlook for Aave, but the impact on the price of AAVE does not occur automatically. An increase in deposits does not necessarily translate into higher demand for the token. Ongoing borrowing activities, protocol revenue, and the role of this token within the broader ecosystem of Aave will still be important indicators to watch.

Aave Price Analysis: AAVE Can it break through to $200?
The price chart of AAVE shows that it has rebounded strongly from the lower trading range and subsequently broken through the middle resistance level. This upward movement has pushed the token into the upper resistance zone, where selling pressure emerged, leading to a pullback. The immediate challenge is whether buyers will be able to hold onto the middle support zone and rebuild momentum. If they can maintain their position above this zone, they will preserve most of the gains from the recent rebound and create room to test the resistance level again.
If supported by stronger trading volume, if the daily close continues to stay above the upper resistance zone, it will strengthen the bullish pattern. If the buying pressure persists, $200 will become an important upward target. However, before the AAVE breaks through the upper resistance, this price level cannot yet be considered a credible next target.
On the downside, if it falls below the middle support level, the demand zone indicated on the chart may become exposed. Such a trend would weaken any rebound and delay progress towards $200. Therefore, the current situation is still conditional: buyers need to retake the resistance level, and they cannot rely solely on positive developments in the negotiations.
What factors could drive AAVE towards $200?
The expansion of Aave towards Arc and tokenized stock lending provides a stronger growth narrative, but the next round of gains will depend on whether these activities can be translated into sustained protocol usage, as well as whether the charts confirm a re strengthening of buying interest.
If the resistance level is broken through, it will increase the probability of AAVE reaching $200. On the contrary, if it is hindered again, AAVE may continue to fluctuate within the range or fall further to the support level. For now, $200 is just a potential target, not a confirmed result. Continuous adoption of V4 and clear technical breakthroughs will strengthen the bullish arguments, while weakening support will make the rebound more vulnerable.
