Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 13, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Bybit indicates that this "new financial platform," which has over 80 million users worldwide, has announced that stocks can now be traded through Bybit. Eligible users have access to more than 1,000 stocks listed in the United States and ETF, including Apple ( AAPL ), NVIDIA ( NVDA ), Tesla ( TSLA ), Micron Technology ( MU ), as well as Invesco QQQ ETF ( QQQ ).

Bybit indicates that this move expands its multi-asset platform, allowing access to U.S. stocks to complement its existing digital assets and traditional market tools. Eligible users who are in jurisdictions where it is permitted and have completed the required KYC verification can trade U.S. stocks supported by USDC and ETF.

Bybit, Co-Founder and CEO, Ben Zhou stated: "Stocks are an important part of our evolution towards a new financial platform. The financial market has long been fragmented by different products and platforms, but more and more users desire a more connected experience. With stocks now available for trading through Bybit, we are not just adding another type of asset; we are providing people with broader access to the financial market and greater freedom to seize opportunities."

Access to US stocks and ETF.

Bybit indicates that stock trading allows eligible users to use USDC to buy and sell supported US stocks and ETF, and incorporates stock positions into the same environment as digital assets. Unlike price derivatives or synthetic instruments, stock trading grants eligible users economic rights to the underlying securities they purchase.

Orders are routed through a Bybit regulated brokerage infrastructure and executed by the American brokerage firm Alpaca; Alpaca is also responsible for clearing. The relevant underlying securities are held in custody by Alpaca.

Alpaca, Co-Founder and CEO, stated: "Expanding to US stocks and ETF is an important step in providing our global users with a more comprehensive and multi-asset trading experience. We are delighted to collaborate with Bybit to support this new phase of market entry."

The main features at launch included:

  • Over 1,000 US stocks and ETF, including companies with high trading volumes, support fractional share trading for eligible securities.
  • Using USDC transactions, eligible users are allowed to directly provide funds from their Bybit accounts for stock purchases.
  • Direct economic exposure to the underlying securities, rather than exposure to derivatives or synthetic prices.
  • Users can manage their cryptocurrency holdings and eligible stock positions within the Bybit ecosystem.
  • Supports corporate actions, including cash and stock dividends as well as stock splits.
  • Trades are available 5 days a week, 24 hours a day, and access to pre-market, regular, and post-market trading sessions in the US can be obtained depending on product availability.
  • Zero commission; no transaction fees are charged for eligible stock trades.

Eligible users who hold supported US stocks and ETF can receive economic benefits related to their holdings, including cash and stock dividends, but must comply with the applicable securities and company conditions. Cash dividends will be converted from US dollars to USDC and credited to the user's unified trading account (UTA); stock dividends will be directly reflected in the user's holdings.

Stock splits will also be reflected in users' holdings according to the applicable company actions. A voting rights allocation plan will be introduced at a later stage.

Build a broader multi-asset platform

Bybit indicates that the integration of related stock services has further expanded the exchange's product line for both traditional and digital markets. In addition to cryptocurrency spot and derivatives trading, Bybit also provides access to traditional markets through the MT5 platform, tokenized stocks, and TradFi perpetual contracts.

Ben Zhou added, "We believe that the next chapter of finance will be defined by breaking down the barriers between the crypto market and the traditional market. The design of Bybit is to operate in both worlds and to prove that the tokenization of large-scale real-world assets is not just a vision for the future, but something we are achieving today."

XRPN vs XRP: How will financial packaging carriers trade with the tokens themselves?
The merger of Evernorth with Armada Acquisition Corp and II has been completed. XRPN began trading on NASDAQ on October 12th, holding approximately 473 million XRP on its balance sheet. Reports indicate that this provides investors with a real-time comparison of how the performance of the listed company, which holds these XRP, as a “packaging” vehicle, will compare to that of the XRP tokens themselves; and this listing occurred in a market environment that was more cautious than during the first wave of enthusiasm for financial companies.
