DPC Dash consolidated its market position in the third quarter of 2026 through continuous store openings, product innovation, and improved sales momentum.

Hong Kong, October 12, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- DPC Dash - Domino 's Pizza China ("DPC Dash" or "the Company", collectively referred to as "the Group" together with its subsidiaries) (1405. HK), which is the exclusive franchisor of Domino's Pizza in the Chinese mainland, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Macau Special Administrative Region, today released its investor information for the third quarter of 2026.

During the third quarter, DPC Dash continued to expand its store network under its "4D" strategy – which includes development ( Development ), delicious pizza and high cost-performance ( Delicious Pizza at Value ), delivery ( Delivery ), and digitalization ( Digital ) – as well as expanding its product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Under the " Go Deeper , Go Broader " strategy, the company has strengthened its presence in existing cities and extended its reach into new markets. As of September 30, 2026, DPC Dash operates 1,634 stores in 87 cities, including 908 stores in initial cities and 726 stores in new cities, representing a net increase of 84 stores from the previous quarter, with additional entries into 12 new cities. New cities continue to drive network expansion, accounting for approximately 44% of the overall network.

In the first nine months of 2026, the company opened 319 new net stores and entered 27 new cities.

As of September 30th, DPC Dash has secured 100% of its target for approximately 350 new net stores in 2026 through existing, under-construction, or contracted stores, which is higher than the approximately 89% achieved as of June 30th.

In the third quarter of 2026, DPC Dash achieved positive growth in same-store transaction volume (“SSTG”). The average transaction price (“ATP”) continued to be stable and saw a slight increase compared to the second quarter of 2026, thanks to a series of marketing initiatives, as well as the gradual rationalization of subsidies from third-party aggregation platforms (“3PPs”). Although transaction volume grew healthily year-over-year and there were signs of a gradual recovery in ATP, same-store sales growth (“SSSG”) remained negative, mainly because ATP was lower than that in the third quarter of 2025.

As the company continues to advance its delivery services, in the third quarter of 2026, delivery transactions accounted for 30% of the total transaction volume in new city markets, which is higher than the 25% in the first half of 2026. As the company further expands its delivery business in these markets, third-party aggregation platforms remain an important channel.

The continuous expansion of the company's loyalty program has supported its digital strategy and customer interaction, building a more resilient proprietary platform ecosystem. As of September 30, 2026, the total number of loyalty program members reached 45.2 million, compared to 32.9 million as of September 30, 2025. Over the past 12 months, approximately 19.9 million new customers placed their first orders through the company's own channels and third-party channels.

In terms of product innovation, DPC Dash has launched a durian grilled chicken pizza, combining rich durian flesh with tender grilled chicken to bring consumers a new taste experience.

In terms of festive and seasonal marketing, DPC Dash has launched a Mid-Autumn Festival limited edition "Star and Moon" design for its core product, the Golden Sand Salted Egg Yolk Tender Chicken Pizza. During the Great Heat period – a traditional Chinese solar term associated with the high temperatures of midsummer – the company launched a playful campaign called "Eat Potatoes during Great Heat," featuring seasonal potato pizza flavors to meet the dining needs of summer.

To emphasize cost-effectiveness, DPC Dash is featuring a six-piece set for 79 yuan this quarter, which includes two 9-inch pizzas along with various side dishes and drinks, highlighting its high cost-performance ratio. This quarter's promotions also include an affordable single-person set, as well as the temporarily returning " Mega Week " – a buy-one-get-one-free offer for their signature and classic pizza flavors.

To establish emotional connections and encourage engaging interactions, DPC Dash promotes a buy-one-get-one-free offer through social media content, including messages such as “Favorite Brands and Flavors – You Have it All (Get all the signature flavors!),” “Second One On The House (Your second pizza is on us, Domino’s!),” and “Pizza Freedom (Pizza freedom).” The “Finding Domino’s Red & Blue” campaign invites customers to look for and share red and blue color combinations in their daily lives, with the aim of encouraging social media interaction and strengthening the Domino’s brand image.

In addition to its products and marketing initiatives, DPC Dash has also gained recognition for its emphasis on quality and consumer trust. For the third consecutive year, the company has been selected for Southern Metropolis Daily's 2026 High-Quality Consumer Brands Top100 list and has once again been rated as one of the top ten high-quality consumer brands. DPC Dash has also won the 2026 Peace of Mind Award from Jiemian News – Annual Western Fast Food category.

"The Mathematical Doomsday" is Worrying Cybersecurity and Finance Experts, Should You Be Concerned?
An author for Fortune magazine, Jeff John Roberts, writes that a batch of mathematical findings disclosed by OpenAI last week sparked discussions about a "mathematical apocalypse." The focus of the controversy is not on quantum computing, but rather on a new type of AI mathematical capability that could uncover flaws in existing encryption algorithms, thereby threatening the security of banks, email accounts, as well as blockchain systems such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. The author believes that the calm market reaction indicates that there is still time for the financial and crypto industries to prepare, but the blockchain community should seriously consider faster governance and upgraded signature system solutions.
