Las Vegas, October 9th / PRNewswire / -- CleanSpark, Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: CLSK, hereinafter referred to as “CleanSpark” or “the Company”) today released its unaudited Bitcoin mining and operational updates for the month ending September 30, 2026.

The company stated that, as disclosed in its press release on September 25, 2026, CSDC Finance I, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CleanSpark, and LLC have completed the issuance of preferred secured notes totaling $2.276 billion with a coupon rate of 7.875% and maturing in 2031, to fund the construction of data centers. This lease is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in contract revenue during the initial term.

CleanSpark CEO and Chairman Matt Schultz stated: "With the non-dilutive bond financing in place, our Sandersville project has obtained all the funds required to complete its construction. This is an important milestone for CleanSpark and also reflects the confidence of institutional capital markets in our strategy and long-term opportunities."

"At the same time, we are advancing the commercialization of our entire asset portfolio and continuously realizing the monetization of the contracted electricity through Bitcoin mining. The demand for electricity and land, as well as the conditions that allow us to commence construction, remain very strong. I am delighted to start our new fiscal year in a strong position."

The company stated that as its business continues to evolve, CleanSpark will transition to standard quarterly reporting in line with the practices of the energy and data center industries, and will no longer release monthly operational updates.
