Cupertino, California, October 8th ( PRNewswire ) – Work4Flow today announced the launch of a structured 90-day program to help enterprises migrate from Salesforce to ServiceNow CRM, along with the business logic, customer lifecycle processes, data, and architecture that support these systems. This program utilizes proxy-based intelligence to understand the end-to-end processes of enterprises, assess migration readiness, interpret the intentions behind Flows, Apex triggers, validation rules, and approvals, and rebuild this logic in ServiceNow CRM. It also migrates data, relationships, and custom objects in a phased and low-risk manner. Continuous, real-time validation ensures data integrity, minimizes business disruptions, and helps customers derive the maximum value from ServiceNow AI Platform.

Customers can choose from three options based on the scope of the customer lifecycle they wish to migrate:

  • CRM Base: Core CRM data, business logic, and workflow.
  • CRM Pro: On the basis of CRM Base, add Sales, and, and Order Management to extend the lifecycle from leads and business opportunities to orders.
  • CRM Pro Plus: The transformation from clues to cash is based on Sales, and, and Order Management, with the addition of CPQ.

Migrating the CRM structure is becoming faster. Solution architects and SME can now manually capture enterprise source objects and fields as blueprints, and recommend matching data models for ServiceNow. However, the definition of CRM lies not only in its structure but also in the processes that run on it: business flows, automations, and approvals that have been established over the years. These processes take customers from leads to cash and extend to service aspects. Preserving these processes helps teams migrate to a ServiceNow data model that can operate business from day one, reducing rework and shortening the period during which parallel systems are in use.

The plan for Work4Flow starts from where CRM Displacement Accelerators ended with the blueprint. Its proxy-based engine will read each process in context, identify the business results achieved, and recommend implementing them using the native methods of ServiceNow through playbooks, flow, approval, and routing, rather than re-implementing customized solutions. Architects and SME will review and approve each recommendation.

Subsequently, the migration will be carried out in phases that match the business lifecycle. Each implementation will go through stages including discovery, process mapping, transformation, phased migration and coexistence, verification, go-live, as well as ongoing AI-ready data optimization and observability. The plan also includes 20 days of support after go-live for the agreed scope.

Work4Flow Founder and CEO Sanjay Gupta stated: "Proxy-based intelligence transforms the complex migration of CRM into a fast, low-risk process, preserving critical business context and accelerating the realization of ServiceNow value. Since speed is of utmost importance, we have created a proven 90-day plan to help customers confidently move from evaluation to production environment."
