Carrie, North Carolina, October 8, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Klipboard has completed the acquisition of Linxup. Klipboard is a global enterprise management software provider targeting specific industries. Linxup is a market-leading fleet management platform that provides customers in North America with a wide range of product suites to help them manage vehicle fleets and on-site operations more effectively.
Linxup was established in 2004 and provides a range of cloud-based fleet and on-site service management solutions, including real-time vehicle tracking, AI-enabled dashcams, tool and equipment tracking, driving behavior monitoring, as well as driver and vehicle compliance management. The cloud platform of Linxup processes millions of data points daily, transforming complex fleet and operational data into actionable insights. Its solutions enable customers to monitor and manage their assets through an easy-to-use AI system, improving productivity, reducing operational costs, minimizing downtime, and enhancing driving safety through streamlined work processes, while maintaining visibility over vehicles, equipment, and assets. The business model of Linxup focuses on rapid deployment, self-installation, and high-touch customer support in the United States, in order to accelerate adoption, customer retention, and value realization.
Currently, the Linxup service serves approximately 25,000 customers, connecting over 240,000 devices, and covers multiple field service industries including logistics, distribution, construction and heavy equipment, equipment leasing, HVAC and piping, landscaping and lawn maintenance, transportation, and public utilities.
This acquisition further enhances Klipboard's continuously expanding portfolio of solutions, enabling it to manage customers' physical and on-site operations, including vehicles, tools, equipment, and on-site teams.
Prior to this acquisition, Klipboard had acquired and continuously developed RAM Tracking at the beginning of 2025. RAM Tracking is a fleet tracking and mobile work management solution. Klipboard indicates that this move further consolidates its position as a leading provider of software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as field service companies.
